Referencing YouTube tutorials at the age of 13, Ashlyn found an interest in makeup artistry at a young age. Despite having a Bachelor of Science in Film & Media Studies, Trash Beauty has quickly become the focus of her career.
In 2021, Ashlyn offered to do her sister's bridal makeup as she was struggling to find the right fit. Taking inspiration from timeless makeup looks with soft liner, a flushed face, and natural contouring, Ashlyn began her venture into the makeup industry.
